A message from Miss Ayden 2012
My name is Caylene Tripp and I have been honored to serve my town as the 2012 Miss Ayden this past year.
I want to thank God for this amazing opportunity to serve my community. To Mommy, Josh, Deanna and Ashley, thank you for supporting me through every step of this journey. To my daddy, I know you would be my pageant escort this year if heaven was not so far away. I love all of you.
I would like to thank Hardee & Hardee for sponsoring this pageant. Special thanks also goes out to Winner’s Chevrolet of Ayden and Phelps Chevrolet of Greenville for all the beautiful cars you have allowed me to use throughout this year.
I have been extremely blessed to represent Ayden at many events over this year. I have volunteered with NC Packs 4 Patriots, Ayden Community Theater, Salvation Army and Ayden Arts & Recreation events.
During Thanksgiving and Christmas I held a food drive, and with the support from my community, we were able to raise more than 2,000 individual food items to donate to a local food bank in Ayden. It has also been my pleasure to attend pageants, parades, ribbon cuttings and groundbreaking ceremonies as the reigning Miss Ayden.
I would like to wish the best to each of this year’s contestants. You are all beautiful and each of you would be an amazing representative of our town.
To the town of Ayden, I hope I have served you well. I have been honored to represent my town as the 2012 Miss Ayden.
